1. The gloves or products are still in their original mint condition and have not been used or worn at all.
2. If the product has a fault or problem upon arrival.
3. The product goes missing or is confirmed lost in the postage. We will have to wait for confirmation from the courier.
4. If you no longer want the product and have a change of mind. Only the payment for the product will be refunded upon arrival to us excluding postage.

1. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase - if any later then we cannot accept the return.
2. The product must be returned back in exact same condition and quality as you received it unworn.
3. If contact latex the paper must not have been removed.

2. Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed.
3. Products returned 30 days since purchase.
4. Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use. Gloves will wear differently on different grounds and conditions cannot be helped.
